Whop does not support payouts, payments, or accounts in certain countries due to international sanctions and regulatory restrictions. This list applies to both creators (sellers) and customers, and is reviewed regularly to stay aligned with U.S., U.K., E.U., and U.N. sanctions programs.
Whop does not support the following sanctioned or restricted countries:
  • Afghanistan
  • Belarus
  • Central African Republic
  • Cuba
  • Democratic Republic of the Congo
  • Eritrea
  • Iran
  • Iraq
  • Myanmar
  • North Korea
  • Russia
  • Somalia
  • Sudan
  • Syria
  • Venezuela
  • Yemen

What this means for you

  • Creators in sanctioned countries cannot register a Whop account, sell access passes, or receive payouts.
  • Customers in sanctioned countries cannot purchase access passes or memberships on Whop.
  • Existing accounts that become subject to sanctions may be suspended in line with our Terms of Service and applicable law.
This list reflects current sanctions enforcement and may change as regulations are updated. Always check this page for the most up-to-date list before assuming a country is supported.
