After you buy access to a product, your membership and content are tied to your Whop account. You will need to know the email address you used when you made your purchase. Most of the time, when users can’t find their purchase on Whop, they are simply logged into Whop with another email.Documentation Index

Can’t find your recent purchase?
Search your inbox
Look for emails with Whop Order Confirmation or from no-reply@whop.com. Check the receipt to see which email address and Whop ID you used to log in to your account (e.g. Whop ID: support@whop.com).
If you’ve logged in and still don’t see your purchase, you may have two
different Whop accounts. Some users check out with one email and log in with
another. Searching your inbox for the purchase confirmation shows which email
the purchase is under — check all of your email addresses so you know which
one you used to sign up. See Duplicate Whop
