Refund requests are handled by the creator/seller or by Whop, depending on the situation.

How to request a refund

  1. Log in at whop.com and open the whop you bought
  2. Go to Billing, Receipts, or Payments (or use the link from your receipt email)
  3. Find the payment and choose Request refund or Get help
  4. Submit the form with a short reason; the creator or Whop will review it
You can also contact the creator through the whop’s support or contact option, or open a case in the Resolution Center if you have a dispute. Refunds depend on the creator’s refund policy and Whop’s terms. Not all requests are approved. More content coming soon.
