How to update your email
1. Open Account Settings
- Log in to Whop.
- Click your profile picture to open your Account profile.
- Select Edit Profile.
2. Go to Account Security tab
In the left-hand menu, click Account Security.3. Edit your email
- Find your email at the top of the page.
- Click Change.
- Enter your new email address and click Send code.
4. Confirm your new email
You will receive a confirmation email at the new address. Open it and click Verify Email to finish the update.Troubleshooting email change errors
Contact Whop Support if:- Your current registered email is inaccessible, or
- You are not receiving the verification code
”No user found” at login
This means the email you entered is not linked to any account in our system.- Search your inbox for Whop confirmation emails, or check billing statements to find the email you used to sign up (it may be misspelled).
- Confirm you did not sign up with another method (for example Discord, or Google with a different email).
