How to create a waitlist for your product
๐Ÿ’กIf you keep access to your group limited, having an open waitlist is a powerful tool for filling open spots when users decide to leave. Waitlists can also be helpful for pre-vetting users before

Step 1: Create the waitlist

To join the waitlist, your users will be prompted to answer your custom fields (if you created any), enter their billing information, and pre-authorize their card. This authorization will allow you to automatically accept and charge the customer when you let them off the waitlist, giving them instant access to your community.
You have the option to whitelist certain Discord IDs, limit the number of entries, and toggle the waitlistโ€™s visibility in the Release Methods section on your homepage (see below).
And just like that, your waitlist is live! Click the โ€œCopy Checkout Linkโ€ button, and post your waitlist URL anywhere. Your customers can respond to your custom fields (if any), enter their billing information, and patiently wait for acceptance into your group!
If a user changes their mind and wants to cancel, they can withdraw their entry in just one click by using the โ€œCancel Entryโ€ button (see below).

Add custom fields to your product

Custom Fields are responses you can collect on your purchase page or waitlist sign up page to learn more about the user. From simple yes or no questions to paragraph responses, you can collect a number of different data points from potential users.
Clicking โ€œCreate Fieldโ€ on the Custom Fields page will prompt you to set the specified product and your question of choice (see below).
Repeat the process to make as many custom fields as youโ€™d like, and reorder the appearance of your fields using the Order Number drop-down (see below).
