# Request a refund

> How to request a refund on a purchase you made on Whop

If you have a problem with a purchase, getting help and requesting a refund is easy through Whop's Resolution Center.

Whop's Resolution Center gives you the chance to explain why you deserve a refund, and you will receive a decision within a week maximum.

## How to request a refund

If you are logged into Whop:

    Click your profile photo > [Orders](https://whop.com/@me/settings/orders/)
  </Step>

  <Step title="Find the transaction">
    Look under **Billing history** and find the transaction you want refunded
  </Step>

  <Step title="Request a refund">
    Click the three dots **\[...]** and select **Request Refund**
  </Step>

  <Step title="Explain your situation">
    Follow the prompts to explain why you deserve a refund
  </Step>

  The more evidence you provide, and the more detailed you are in your
  explanation, the more likely you are to receive a refund. Thoroughly
  explaining your situation and uploading any relevant evidence will help the
  merchant — and the Whop team — understand why you deserve a refund.

## Can't find your purchase?

If you're having trouble logging into Whop, or finding your purchase on Whop:

  <Step title="Find your receipt">
    Locate your receipt in your email inbox — search for the keywords "Whop" and
    "order confirmation" under the email you used to make your purchase
  </Step>

  <Step title="Access the product">
    Click the **"Access \[product name]"** button in the email — this will bring
    you to the Whop product page
  </Step>

  <Step title="Sign in">
    Click **"Sign in"** if you are not already signed into Whop — use the exact
    email address where you just found your order confirmation email to log in
    and use the sign-in code sent to your email
  </Step>

  <Step title="Request your refund">
    Follow the steps above to request your refund via the Resolution Center
  </Step>
