If you are seeing the "Could not connect to licensing server" on your SoleAIO, your specific installation of SoleAIO is outdated. The developers broke a piece of the code in the bot, and it requires a manual update in order to resolve the issue.
Follow this guide closely to resolve the issue.
Open the Windows search bar.
Enter "run" in the search bar and select "Run (Desktop app)" to open the correct application.
In the text field, enter "%ProgramFiles%" and then click okay. This is the default install location of SoleAIO.
A Windows explorer screen should come up. Locate the SoleAIO folder inside of Program Files, as highlighted in blue above. Open that folder.
Inside of the SoleAIO folder, scroll down to the bottom (if your folder is sorted alphabetically) and find the "wyUpdate" file. It is highlighted in blue in the image above.
Double click or right click and open this file to run it.
Follow the updater's prompts to complete the update.
Once the update is completed, you should see this screen. Click Finish to complete the process.
If the bot did not open automatically, reopen it using the shortcut on your desktop and enter your license key to activate the bot.
You should be good to go now!
