# Update username

> Change your Whop display username from account settings.

You can change your Whop display username at any time. Your username is how you appear to others on the platform.

## How to change your username

1. Sign in to your account on Whop.
2. Go to [Account settings](https://whop.com/@me/settings/general/).
3. Find the **Username** field.
4. Enter your new username.
5. Click **Save changes** at the top of the page.
